As a control process, all the details are then put into our independent Pricing Team to ensure absolute clarity on both the value and condition of properties. Then the deals are obtained by our Credit Team, who assess any regeneration costs, timescale requirements, etc. before allowing final sign off.

Although thorough, this process is usually undertaken with 24hrs, allowing us the security to move quickly. At the same time, we ensure our Vendors have total clarity that we’ll deliver on what we say we’re going to do and when.
